Mapped the full client delivery process at a Salesforce consulting firm, identified where projects were getting stuck, and rebuilt the workflow. Helped define the company’s target market, positioning, and client acquisition process at a consulting firm that had grown without a clear ICP. The result was a $1.5M increase in ARR, doubled annual revenue, and significantly larger average contract sizes.
Led a rapid rebuild of CRM and ERP systems at a global travel company after the business needs changed overnight during the pandemic. Worked closely with engineering teams to create systems for refund tracking and customer fund recovery, ultimately helping recover 85% of stranded customer funds.
